Since I started this post, situations have changed obviously. No one saw the Chinese gov't starting to devalue Yuan. That alone pushed the btc price to over 575. The block reward halving, contrary to popular misconception, has nothing to do with the price rise.
I expect price to rise to over 600 in July, we will see price drop to 450 in the fall, expect to go over 800 this Nov/Dec.
No, I don't think the $450 level is possible in the next weeks; conversely I would expect a good increase towards $800 before halving. After this expected event it seems really hard to foresee a possible scenario in the bitcoin behavior. I never said 450 in the next weeks. I said 450 in the fall. Fall means September, October, not next weeks, we are in early June for f*ck's sake. There are way too many uneducated people in the bitcoin forum, people with barely elementary education. I worry about the state of bitcoin, it's attracting too many dead woods and lazy bums. |

If the sentiment is as good as now in the near future, the price will not drop to $410 again. It will rise to $820.

It is difficult to say. The price just dropped to $620. We need to wait for a few more months to rise to $800. |

We're at 420-425 today. We all know it's going back down to 410 soon. The question is when?
I am not even sure if the price is going to drop back to $400 because we have passed that a long time ago and the price is now stable at around $600. It would be good to go back to $400 so that I could buy some more coins. |

Well, it's very difficult to predict at this time, most people only bitcoin predict when prices will go up. but, I think it is still very long, because I believe the price of bitcoin will be very difficult to get off of the price under $ 600
|

those people that think that bitcoin will fluctuate forever in the same 300-600 range amuse me
you have zero idea how the controlled supply work, and why bitcoin will increase over time, you are ignoring the fundamental of this new tech
there is no going back or staying on the same position forever, the only way is up, you will knows this when in the upcoming years, the new bottom will be with 4 digit

Well as posted in another thread it is possible for Bitcoin to drop to $410. $410 is just $251 difference from today's rate which is $661 Historically speaking, way back December 11 2013 we are enjoying the rate of $924 to 1 BTC Then it drop to $593 in December 19 2013. That's $331 drop in just a mater of days. So it is possible, but lets hope it wont happen again. |

Some people are saying there is a shakeout coming soon. Predictions of some are taking the price below 400 before another increase. I don't know if it is true or not, but we should be prepared.

Yes we should be well prepared because we don't know what will happen to the bitcoin price next day. Within 2 days there occurred a drop of about $100, so it won't take much days to fall to $450, we hope everything will be right within few days. |
