Bitcoin-24 Withdraws didn´t confirm - lost bitcoins?

Hi all.
I bought some bitcoins in "Bitcoin-24", and I made a withdraw to a new just created wallet.
The problem is that I made 3 transactions, and they are still unconfirmed (>24 hours)  :

I watched the hot wallet of Bitcoin-24, to look for more unconfirmed transactions:

and I have noticed that from this transaction: https://blockchain.info/es/tx/89c4a8c2e9b2720424c0f23a74cb235f9d5aca01e3e07cb9b84340753ac27350

there are a group of 27 transactions (bitcoin withdraws from the hot wallet of bitcoin-24)
that still are unconfirmed.


Anyone can help me?
