It looks like the time locked transaction in the OP might not even be valid.
I am curious to know if the OP will actually spend the BTC in that address.
Could you please clarify why it might not even be valid? The first signed rawtx I posted expired since I sent someone 1 BTC. BTW if you're actually going to randomly giveaway the money perhaps you should do it in a way people can verify. Something like getting the hash of block 425000, modding it by the amount of posts + 1. Then give the money to person who made that post number (or the next valid post after that)
