You both have to wait for OP's Update. the Current Status of OP clrealy saying that Full members slots are full. but I think some people left the campaign in previous week because of that payout issue and problems. so there should be some free slots available for full members.

So you are interested to join? sorry dude you cannot dictate the manager, he knows what he is doing and as long as he pays for his member there is no problem. If you are willing to join you must ask politely so the manager will think of giving you a chance.

Is liqui still paying, i thought they collapse a few weeks ago because of problem in their site, But this campaign really have a good pay rate and the post quota is easy to handle without spamming. i hope i will join here soon once i ranked up and this campaign is still paying.

I don't recall any problem with the site. The campaign did have one problem, but that happens because of technical issue that's already explained and cleared on few posts behind. Their site is still in beta, though, so minor bugs and problems is expected.
But no, i don't think you can join once you leveled up, a few posts above you is admin stating that there were no slot left for FM

Well, according to the post below the one you quote, it is paying and has no problem, it is also indicated on their spreadsheet. I think, from the silence on this thread, they DO have no problem in payment. Else, their member will gone rage on this thread
