So Milly6 and I are a couple. We Live together and have been together for about 5 years now. I meant to post this from my account (Limie) however it is still relevant because Milly6 has bore witness to the loan via-email. Also I'm sure if there are any other couples out there you know how easy it is for Hubby to jump on your comp and log you out of your accounts and leave himself logged in ;-) ohh joy.

so.... I loaned alonso.javier.15

Thank you. Any Help is appreciated. If no payment is received I'm sure we will be able to provide a bounty, lets give him at least 24 hours tho.

I might add here that 5% interest daily might be considered high. Some back information, I met this person on CoinAd chat. We exchanged e-mail addresses and he also created a Ripple Account. We are connected through ripple, and gmail. alonso.javier.15 also informed me that he uses #DEVcoin IRC

hmm....

so he owes you about $1, and you will be adding about $0.05 daily?  Surreal.   Here in Vancouver, one of the most expensive cities in the world, that's really not worth mentioning even.  Are you in some 3rd world country where you can buy something with that $1?  I don't understand why a) anyone would want to borrow $1 b) why anyone would spend time lending someone $1 c) why anyone would spend time trying to get that $1 back.   Is it just the moral principal of the thing?    Just curious, there are many posts like this that boggle my mind this way.

I realize this MichaelBliss. This was the first loan for this person. My first bitcoin loan in general. I would like to keep it public if that ok with you. The High interest is based on the fact that he had little to no credentials with me, so to your ignorant comment about being in a 3rd wourld country....It's about establishing creditably in a very odd market....the internet...maybe you have heard of it? Let me ask you think would you ever loan someone more than $1 if they had little to no creditably??

Ok, thanks.  I haven't really looked at the lending forum much and never really understood all these tiny loans, but that makes sense (sort of).. In this case it does, if you can't trust this guy with $1 that says a lot right there!

Yeh. I have been working to figure out the trading aspect and thinking about it logically, lending a small amount first makes sense. It seems that is how credibility is established. I'm kinda new to this bitcoin idea, and one thing I know for sure....It's a very intriguing system. An effect, of a broken system in my humble opinion, not a cause in and of itself, a solution if you will. Anyway, I'm interested in it that's for sure! A 10 mBTC
background check if you will, so far alonso.javier.15.lizaola@gmail.com is failing. We will see how it turns out tho!

So have you contacted him about this?

The scam forum isn't really for reporting every payment which is overdue by a day.  When you make a scammer accusation you need to provide details, including copies of any PM's or emails which set out the terms of the agreement (redact any personal info) as well as outline any attempts you've made to negotiate a solution to the problem.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

Unfortunately with the bitcoin lending world, if someone has no reputation, more often than not they are going to scam you Tongue

Lesson learned, I hope. Don't lend any BTC you can't afford to lose.

First, ask why they haven't paid on time, and think about what they say Wink

Then ask how long it'll take to pay back, including paying the interest.

Update: This loan was never paid and if you go by the terms of original agreement, every aspect is completely rediculus about this now. The original amount is obviously worth much more and with the amount of daily compound interest would be astronomical to repay. I think the scam here was he tried to get "tiny" loans from as many people as possible, and never pay them back.

alonso.javier.15.lizaola@gmail.com is the email..

I made an agreement ~ nov 2013 with this person to pay me 1 btc and we would call it even. If he did not pay it, I would dox more. This has not been paid at all and he has stopped responding.

Given how old this thread is, when was that agreement made?  It'd be better if you provided proof before posting anything, but whatever.  If the loan is from 2013 I wouldn't be expecting any kind of payment from the borrower--especially given how much bitcoin is currently worth vs how much it was worth back then.
