This service is highly needed on this forum however your thread lack 2 things that could easily attract clients, things like price for the 2 thread options and proof of your previous designs.
Less signature spammers is also highly needed on this forum. Pricing depends on the amount of work needed. You can't really have a fixed price for things like this, because people who need something simple won't pay that much, while I will have to spend more time for less reward for harder ones. Haven't really done any previous designs here. Just the one for this service and my lending one so far.
