No it just feels that way. It's not really true. Just when bad luck happens it feels like we cursed by an omen but we not really.

It actually happens with every gamblers because when they start they just put small bets and later on they reach to big bets because they lose and try to recover their loses with martingale strategy and when they get unlucky and lose the big bet they feel like they have been winning the small bets and lost the big bet but it actually depends on luck.

This happens just because we take a careful start to see how things move ahead. I am convinced like us most of the people start with small bets and when see some profit make common mistake by thinking now all is going in our favor. We should place from start good amount of bets in our limits of bearing loss. I have seen house makes correction later when we place bigger bets. That thing happens to me very often whether i am gambling in dice sites or i am having sports betting in soccer,basketball or cricket.
I am gambling since 2 years and that thing mostly happens with me dont know i am unlucky or there is some reason behind this.

Most people are greedy, especially when it comes down to money. On average everybody wants to get something extra which is the reason why people lose such huge amounts of money when gambling. I honestly have to say to only way to avoid such a thing would be to have a better understanding of how valuable money is.

That sounds legit. Mainly because when you lose small, you can easily play again to cover the loss, where if you lose big, it's a lot harder to win back. Especially if you lose a few times in a row.

This is why I play only for fun at low amounts. I end up profiting in the long run, rather than losing.

I think not only winning mode people will continue gambling but even they lost money initially also they will continue betting until they lose all their bankroll because after initially lose they will try at least to recover back their losses and end up losing all money. To gamble big amount you can earn big amount too but only if you have enough balance to recover it. But to play small amount to get big winning, this will be considered as lucky though because you cant keep doing this again and again. This is gambling you should be on top and sometimes you can be on bottom too

but i think OP is talking about a different kind of win/lose in gambling with big/small amounts. and i think it is only a feeling this way. as he said, and i agree because i have the same feeling too, when you make a small bet with the chance of winning you win but if you make the same bet and with the same chance of winning but with a bigger amount you lose. and this shouldn't be true but it happens
