- General overview of the project
- Funding Goals
- Road map and how the time line will be affected if specific funding goals are reached
- ICO details
- Development process
- Testnet plans

The time and location of the live stream will be announced along with the bounty details on Monday.

He claims to be from Edmonton. One of his former employers is out of business. Quickly trying to find anything aside from his Linked In profile and I find nothing.

Another full stack dev with nothing online. No Github? Even I have a Git.

Believable Linked In, though. Outside of contacting Sturgeon County and NAIT to confirm that he was with them at some point, I can't think of anything else. A video hangout will help, definitely.

共识：DPoSR 共识机制。DPoSR是DPoS的变种之一。DPoSR将代表所持有币数乘以其用户信誉积分来确定其所获投票数，所以信誉积分高的代表所获投票数递增。
Custom Post Types

自定义帖子类型： 用户可在各版面发布链接或文本帖子，进行内容发布并获得其他用户点赞。相对于信誉低，不点评，无内容发布用户，高信誉发帖者的帖子会在版面靠前。

Funding Posts
募资帖子：是募资或者发布项目的帖子。可以通过点赞转账或直接募捐方式募集资金。对于定额募资项目，为确保有效性，只有募集到设定资金额度，所募资金方可转至募资放账户。

 

I Am a Posts

这是一个问答栏目，发帖者可以回答问题并获取点赞。即使发布问题者也会根据问题所获取点赞数量获得奖励。奖励机制可以有效促使回答者提交详细的高质量回答。

Prediction Posts

预测帖子：用户可以对预测事项购买股份。当事项结果公布，并由置顶中介代表验证，争取预测方股份持有人赢取集资总股份的一定比例金额。当该预测事项未发生，则双方参与者不发生转账也无奖励。预测帖子的中介代表通过获取部分转账费用盈利。

Delegates Types 代表种类

Mainchain Delegates：投票选取101个主链代表维护网络安全，生成区块，主链代表可以获取奖励和转账费。

Subbase Delegates ：版块代表，由版主选择，并在subbase侧链生成区块。subbase代表进行帖子，评论，及其他内容的索引，并对版块订阅者内容要求进行响应。

Moderator Delegates：管理员代表也是由版主选择。对不适内容进行标记，对不合规用户进行管理。

Escrow Delegates： 担保中介代表，对预测事项做验证，并持有中介担保资金。

Hi guys, everything is just about ready for the ICO to go ahead, but there are a few outstanding items related to infrastructure setup and security that I need to review before things can move forward.  Instead of waiting for the last minute to delay thing, I have decided to push the start date one week to the 17th to allow time for this review to take place.  I apologize for the delay, but want to make sure the ICO runs smoothly once it begins.
