I'd be glad to take them, but rather get it fixed now.  It'd be a mess if this were exposed after mining. 

Incoming: 1+19+20+3.1+35 -> 78.1
Outgoing: 17.497 + 7.504 -> 25.001

That would add up to 53.099 wouldn't it?

If the 3.1 isn't yours, then the 7.504 would be too much refunded as well to that address?

Hehe, I will go over it now, we should have raised enough BTC to buy all Avalons, as I created this address for this specific purpose.

In ownership percentages excel... i calculated my share and found its a bit different because the sum is a different one than the price of 7 avalons. 722,7025BTC is the price but the sum is 719,6035BTC. That shouldnt be possible i think.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have corrected this, however, that messes up our our ownership percentages. I need to go back through and see what else I messed up on, because now we are short 3.099 BTC.

I'm not sure, but I think if you calculate everything in Satoshs then you shouldn't have a much more accurate percentage map.

The difference is actually 3.099BTC. If I compare this current version of the sheet with the one I have locally, spinner goes from a share of 53.099 to a share of 50.

Perhaps CoinHoarder's house should be called "Moria", ("and they call it a mine!" - Gimli) which would make us the dwarfs. Someone else earlier said we should be called the 7 dwarfs, so I'm therefore in favor of fantasy dwarf related names.

This morning without rechecking the math I blindly copied and pasted from the Avalon Group Buy Transaction spreadsheet and just assumed that you included the 3.1 twice.

Sorry about the confusion.  I had thought I purchased a total of 50 btc, but I'd like to reclaim the 3.1 if that's ok.  It means your percentages won't have to be recalculated   that is if you save revisions of this document.  You should check out Google docs, which takes care of the for you.

So, I think that we are in agreement the missing 3.099 BTC interest belongs to Spinner. I guess I did not make an error in my math after all. I should of checked earlier to make sure, but I figured he wouldn't of told me he owns 3.099 BTC less than he actually does if he wasn't sure. I will credit him back this amount.

He wants to sell this 3.099 BTC share according to his post above, so I'll let you guys negotiate that with him.

If you're selling to an outside investor, I think you should sell all your shares.  Else, you are adding more investors, which leads to more payment hassle.

If you're selling to an existing group member, split away.
