That's my worry too, there's one good thing about bots/vpn/proxies/bad users.. they can generate revenue.. and blocking pageview, make this impossible..
maybe you can make a code to interact with the form send.. or don't know, redirect to another page?

How for the people are use vpn for playing faucet, no sense ban all vpn ip because they are not necessarily the bot. please ban some ip has you know if that ip are bot.

I think they buy some range of IP's from Hurricane and others VPN services to allow the cliente to choose between countries, or a VPN service which is not banned on what they want to acess(like netflix), etc..
For example they can use a IP from USA(hurricane) or from UA(irnet).. etc..

i think its a good idea to use this to prevent and handle someone that will cheat on faucets. but how is going happen with user with the same IP address that will not cheat? is it already to get banned too? because not all people which playing faucet are going to cheat and i am believe that there are many people will play fair and not use the cheat way. its sadly if they will get banned too while they play faucets.

The bots acctualy use a lot of different IP's from all around the world and everyday they create a lot of BTC address, so it's a hard mission to stay everyday searching for cheaters.. I was paying 50 satoshi before this method, now I can pay 500!

And have a lot of others things, like people reseting the modem to get a new ip, etc, so, a faucet owner life is hard lol

Each host have a ASN, for example QuadraNet is a VPN service, and the ASN from QuadraNet is 62639, putting that on the nastyhosts, your faucet will ban this range of IP's

so, banning by ASN is easy.. This list is based in previous bot attacks in all web, so it can contains IP's from infected machines which are used to spam email or anything, and the ASN goes to the list, that's why you can be banned too, like some real users are banned.. Well, it you ban few good/real users however will stop 99,9% of the bots.. however keep checking your database trying to find same IP's, other day I found a guy which claims like 50 times just reseting the modem or something like that.. and well, I banned by ASN too..
To unblock yourself please check here https://www.ultratools.com/tools/asnInfo put your IP, get the ASN and remove from the list..
