It's good that the price of ETC is low so whenever the 'white hats' stop holding ETC hanging over the market DTHs who want to can sell and we get rid of the uncertainty and trade conflict of interest to vested interest at low cost. So ye not buying ETC currently.
I don't worry about the black hat it's going to take him a long time to get rid of those coins especially since BTC-E won't list ETC.
I think the white hats will not sell the ETC any more. It will just distribute to the owner of the DAO before the fork.
