 Tough we should definetly have serious coins behind it , at least 100 to make any impact . Since you will not give your coins to anyone and keep it to yourself , there is no trust issue there as well.

My experience with such group is just beneficially for some people on that group, some how they give miss information about the coin, they earn more money. Still little bit a trust people in this world, otherwise they just earn for their self.

I read from one section here that there is a group of people forming a pump group,but it's been months of preparation and still nothing happen to that group,they are still planning stage,not really easy to put up these kind of group,you should be well organize.

I don't like this pump and dump group,because they ruin the whole concept of fair trading,people should buy a coin because of it's usage and features not to pump and dump and let the late comer lose their investment..

Don't trust any pump and dump groups, they will accumulate coins, then announce a coin and dump on your heads.

Only pump and dump schemes that work in fairness with everyone has a RANDOM coin that is announced (some of these groups get decide on which coin to pump based on the last block number of a specific coin so it is really random). 


For instance/example: The hash for a block from LTC will determine the coin, out of these coins:
0=AIR
1=BLK
2 =AAA
3=BTM
4=LLA
5=NMC
6=PPA
7=GRC,
8=OSS
9=SBD,
a=OAO
b=EXP,
c=DKK
d=PPC,
e=ALK
f=VTC


this way it is fair for everyone involved.  Groups that do not openly do something like this is just picking a coin with low volume so they can accumulate and dump on you when they "mysteriously" pick the coin.

I also strongly agree with your current opinion, should the Altcoin Pump and Dump team make a show at Bittrex not just pumping for a while, it should be done fairly and until you decide it, so everyone who is late and follow the Event is not stuck with The high price they have purchased, so everyone does not get very much loss for it.

It is a good one to start to. Because having that slack channel can inform the happeningsin altcoins price pump and dumps. The problem that can be encountered is that, does the slack channel can be reliable source since it will discuss the pumps and dumps of altcoins. Trust issue is the first thing that the audience can see when finding for such channel wherein they can rely on. Just the assurance of being honest and trustworthy to your audience will be a good foundation for that good suggestion.
