An account with Very Poor 38.41% post quality is worth nothing. Even some of the best posters buy it he/she will need at least 3 months of time trying to improve the post quality if he/she is thinking to join a signature campaign. Selling accounts is allowed in the forum but not encouraged as you will get red trust from many members especially when you make public the account you want to sell.
