 I am planning on creating a wesbite that will give out promo code for discounts for buyers to buying stuff with bitcoin.

 There will be 3 parties involved ; Me (the website) , Shop , Buyer

 Buyer will come to my website and get the promo code
 Buyer will use that promo code in the Shop
 Shop will do discount for the buyer
 Buyer buys the product or service or whatever with discount thanks to promo code
 Shop gives me a cut (big or small wouldn't mind)

 This is the idea.

 How does that sound?

 Also where can I find shops like these that would affiliate with me for promo codes so that I can give discount promo codes to people?

I like the website idea however It would be hard to find services like the one you ask about.
As most of the services offer normal Affiliate program without the need of a promo code and since you need promo code ... It's hard to make it successful.

I have couple of websites :

1. SEOClerk : Which basically give you the ability to generate promo codes and give them to people, people will get their accounts funded with 5$ and If they register using your link , you earn as well.

2. Udemy : It gives you the ability to generate a promo code as well for % off the price (and you give it to users AFAIK) but I'm not sure about the details and how much they would pay you.

This is not a very feasible project unless there is a very good relationship between your website and some various shops that the coupon will be redeemed but you can easily implement this with those sites that run an affiliate program by forfeiting some parts of your affiliate commission.

This could probably work, if you do it professionally and contact a lot of shops, it's basically the same as affiliate marketing, but done in a slightly different way.

So the buyer gets a discount and you get a cut but how does the shop benefit from this agreement?

 Well if they are selling at a high markup they are not losing much. So maybe %25 or more on discount?
 
 If they are selling for a slight margin then they can't do it. % 0 discount.

 If they are doing it for a mediocre profit , they can probably either won't do it or discount it slightly like %5 or so.

It could be a great idea and you may get more traffic as well as buyer if you list discount coupon for hosting and domain names. There are not many shops which accept bitcoin so finding shops which actually have functionality of discount coupon as well as accepting bitcoin is very hard. Good luck, you may need to do excessive on page and off page SEO as well as few advertisement in early days, you may also get few more competition if your idea get good response.

 Well lets assume they make 0.1 by selling one customer. If bring in 0.01 per customer but I sell it to 100 customers thats 1 btc. They are basically getting MORE customer then usual , more customer and more profit. Thats a good thing.

You will need do a damn good job at proving to the shop that your promo code site will bring that much more customers. If I am a shop owner and you can't 100% prove that to me then I will not accept your offer as I am cutting profits by giving the customer a discount and further cutting profits by giving you a cut.

As a brand new website with no reputation or customer base, it will be nearly impossible to prove to a shop owner that you will provide such a massive increase in customers, especially when the shop owner can provide his own discounts and increase his own customer base without giving you a cut.

Why would the shops give you the promo codes anyway ? They can just give the promo codes on their own website ? Makes sense ? Have you studied your competitors ? I bet there are many! Ex : www.groupon.com

 First of all they will give out discount codes on their website too , why shouldn't they?

 Second of all , with this discount code they can give it to everyone , me , any website like mine , google , everywhere. So that discount code will be everywhere. Not just me.

 I will just have all discount codes in one website. Meaning , I will put all the discounts that there are on shops or convince them to have promo codes. It will not be special for me , it will be for everyone , I will just have all of them in one place for all shops with discount codes.

it is an great idea to build website with promo code options , as already i have seen in fiat money there are so many sites , if it comes on bitcoin it will be very good for the bitcoin lovers and users to but any goods or services . Probably it requires more offers from shops and different services , and if discount rates attractive then there will be more customers for your site

Its a very good idea and it work only with the small shops which are not able to connect to the online consumers, you can approach with them and give the idea about online shopping , they can only help you as they want their business to be connected to online shops, apart from this other online shops  i think they itself are running like this promos.

 I will start with websites that already has promo codes and I will fill it with them , afterwards I will approach other website that doesn't have promocodes.

This can be use for online shop which still need more customers. What can I see is you as a third party who connect buyer to seller. The promo code is not really important as long as the seller/shop can give promo code itself.

Sounds cool to me. Tell me when it will come out and I might be buying something on a shop that you are connected to. It is somehow hard on your end for updating the promo codes and I hope you can manage it alright.

Prity simple, just find best e-commerce website of your country (here in India we have flipkart, Amazon, snapdeal)  then go affiliate section then u could find all the details on affiliate program of that particular ecommerce site. They usually pay 3% to 12% commission.

So you could make a website and share your affiliate link then when visitor will make a purchase then u will get your commission. Based on your commission u could pay 50% to your client

Good Idea Even its really easy to customize as already bitcoin data can b retrieved from blockchain with Jason format with help of API data and can be implemented for response of payment within altcoins. As well as also can track all deal counted with PROMO CODES Used by users.
