I have downloaded blocks on Linux, Bitcoin Client "older version of Bitcoin Core", i liked more the Client,
anyway...
copyed Bitcoin data folder from Linux to Windows...
and Windows Bitcoin Core 0.12.1 is doing
"Rendering Blocks on Disk"very high CPU: All cores 50% except 1x working at 100% Load.
same thing as
"Activating Best Chain!"still want to buy an E5-1680v3, this is ridiculous.!
3 years 20 weeks behind!
and processing...
the good thing about
Rendering Blocks vs. Activating Best Chain is that i can see progress...

i think i know why Linux Works & Windows7x64 fails.!
i have PACE Anti-Piracy, Inc. Visual C++ v1.1.0.0929
from iLok License Manager v2.6.0.1134 installed, but i cannot remove that.
a clean windows install must be made if those drivers FAiL or get corrupted, too secure, does not work unistalling and re installing.
Once installed act like a Blood Sucker.! LOL.
was not the Wi-Fi.
