It should be possible to send Pascal from Poloniex to Cryptopia. Unfortunately it is not possible! Property yesterday 60.12 Pascal of Poloniex with Account and Payload sent to Cryptopia - but nothing arrives.

Support from Cryptopia says: Payload can not be decrypted.
This is now the 3rd time - For me it is certainly the last time. - I've had enough.

From polo to cryptopia, you must send to your own wallet first from polo, then to cryptopia with an un-encrypted (public) payload. Polo always encrypts their payloads and cryptopia is not set up to decrypt payloads.

You cannot generate an account within the wallet. Accounts are not made at will, they are a created 5 per block.

The best 3 options to obtain an account are through pool mining, where accounts are gifted to you for every 20 pasc mined, or you can purchase from pascwallet.com or getpasa.com.

There are other ways, but most people obtain through these means.

Be patient and you will be happy in the next months, the market cap is very low as you said, the tech is here, the GUI is working well, one day it will fly away

This coin is great, but i think needs some features to be greatest!  

Features:

1. Hide account balance for more privacy (the privacy is the most important thing) also will be great if you active features like TOR and I2P

2. users can use addresss like bitcoin to send and receive pascal, with account numbers also. so not necessary to buy an account to use pascal (This feature will solve accounts limitation, this feature also will solve the problem of tracking whole account balance, every account or every private key can generate unlimited address)

3. Add feature in the wallet to notify users by email if they don't make any translation on a specific account in the last 2-3-4-years (this only if account has a positive balance)!

4. Add feature to generate an account number in the wallet, (For free, but you will cut the fees when the account has a positive balance), and if the account no positive balance within 30-days the account will delete and back to you


Note: now you can easy implement any hard-fork, to make more privacy, and solve accounts limitation problem
