Very interesting article about PascalCoin

Read it and understand why Safebox will change crypto:

The real pumps are better than the fake ones? For my part I do not care about pumps and I expect normal and progressive growth for PascalCoin.  Cool

I think Pascal has huge potential from a tech standpoint, but there are a couple of issues...

1) Perception. While the technical aspects of the coin are indisputable, the UI is terrible. It needs a facelift, and account # purchasing with fiat/credit card should be available at the wallet level - the current process for obtaining an account number is convoluted and not particularly obvious to newcomers.

2) The deletable blockchain is its strength, and its achilles heel. Crypto coin values go up with mining difficulty/limitation of supply. If the chain is deletable, there's no reason to ever increase difficulty, meaning the price will stagnate.

IMHO, Pascal seems like a prime candidate for a Public/Private blockchain, targeting enterprise a la Ripple.

Purchasing of Accounts with fiat and credit card exists: http://pascalcoin.frizen.eu/pasa/

Purchasing of PascalCoins with  fiat and credit card is under development: http://exchange.frizen.eu/

PascalCoin has normal mining and a blockchain like most coins with Proof of Work and difficulty adjustments etc. The difference is that PascalCoin also have a SafeBox so you can delete the blockchain if you just run an ordinary wallet.

Alternative wallets with a different GUI is under development. An early alfa test version can be found here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pascwallet/

Hi nightraven, don't disagree with you - those services are out there, but they are not particularly easy for novices to find and use. If you want an app/platform/peice of software of any kind to get mass adoption, the user experience and system design has to be intuitive. Like a said, Pascal has a great technology platform (possibly the most viable of all blockchains long term), but it's UI/system design and market positioning could use some help (and hopefully the next wallet update will address some of these concerns). Please don't misinterpret this as fudding, I have nothing but respect for the Pascal team, just trying to provide to some critical feedback.

Thank you very much for your comments and suggestions. You are right and your feedback is very welcome.

We can be much better. But we also need help from new devs with new ideas. Especially devs with focus on userfriendly apps.

Perhaps our present team is too focused on technical matters.  Smiley

Don't code so much these days, but happy to help with usability/UX/UI

Pascal will go for 0.007 BTC next cycle.

I hope so, but what makes you think that this will happen in next cycle?

60% of PASC value?

My PASC is worth < 30% now.  I put everything I had into it.

It has just been dropping/staying steady.  No signs of any price recovery soon.

It won't.  There are posts on here that are trolling.  It was supposed to be 142k in Winter.

looking my  winter game on pasc Q1 2017

and know pasc  can make x30  Tongue

30x of 5k - current exchange, would be ~ 150k.  So yes, it's very possible that it will go back up to a $1.10

If it was 1x at 142k in January.

Thats so sad. My coins still value about 45% of my buying price. The price was stable for about a month but then dropped. I believe in this coin and i really really hope that coin will recover soon.

I am sorry but i dont believe in trolls because sometimes people spread things for their own interests.

If someone wants price to go down they will come and say bad things, and such trolls to make people believe that its really going to happen so they invest more and more.

Because project will fail. Im for years in crypto, there's just no attention.
For people and exchanges Pascalcoin is too inconvenient to use/implement.

The team is working on easing the implementation. Check out the #development channel in slack. All the info is there, so keep FUD to yourself please.
