All the normal coins allow you to create addresses by using the private wallet and it is completely free.
So why here the developer has created such problems?
Users have to search and buy addresses that are not getting any income.

Scalability has counterparts

BTC full node   : ~161gb full of useless addresses + size growing = can not work forever without problems
PASC full node : ~10gb and useful addresses + fixed size = can work forever without problems

Some people think that it is a minor problem, but we will see in a few years.

You forgot to mention, you need an account to buy an account, which is totally stupid system. I would not need to buy an account if i had an account.
I want to buy an account do to password corruption i lost all my coins. But i cant, the wallet or the system needs reviewing, id send USDT but there is no way to buy an account from the wallet if you dont already have an account.
