is anyone here ever send a ticket to poloniex? How long does the polo support team respond to?  Huh
What's happening. Is the problem with pascal withdraw/Deposit?

At times Poloniex screw up withdrawals. And at times the support is very slow to answer tickets.

EVERY exchange is potencially headache, they can get hacked or "get hacked" or solve your tickets for months... PASC needs something decentralized.

so my question is:Would Atomic swaps be possible with PASC?
https://themerkle.com/viacoin-developers-complete-atomic-swap-with-litecoin/
... Viacoin, Litecoin, Decred, Vertcoin have it...

Sorry! But no one here has any power to influence Poloniex

PascalCoin has a payload with space for 256 characters so it would be quite easy to implement something similar to the Omni protocol. The Omni protocol makes swapping possible but I'm not sure that it could be an Atomic Swap (= trustless).

Hello, newbe here.
Ik recently installed the pascalcoin wallet, figured out how to get an account name (it's a hurdle) and now I have 5 PASC in my wallet.
But suddenly the wallet crashes at startup with message: Error reading file C:\users\username\appdata\roaming\pascalcoin\data\blockchainstream.block
errors:
invalid empty block on block header, iPos=19519077 i=387
blocknumber=0 relstart=10361241600 size=0 last block:158099
blocknumber=159486 relstart=0 size=0

How can this be fixed? Or are my precious coins lost  Angry

They are not lost as long as you keep your keys safe.

When you close the PascalCoin wallet then use the menu and give it time to close down. If the wallet is interrupted or forced to close it often leave the blockchain-file in a mess.

The easy solution is to delete "blockchainstream.blocks" and the other files inside the "data" directory and the restart the walletr. But never ever delete "Walletkeys.dat" in "pascalcoin" directory unless you have a back up.

OK thank you, my wallet is working again! Ik think the recovery procedure of this wallet should be improved, like the Electrum wallet which can be restored by typing a phrase seed.

It is very seldom you have to recover the blockchain and the other data files if you just close the wallet as it should be closed  Smiley

You can.  Export and write down on paper.  Worked few months ago.  There are instructions somewhere.  I'm pretty sure I have deleted walletkeys.dat to test it.

People are doing the right thing when they talk about PascalCoin on social networks!

The exchanges need to see a real community activity (or a lot of money) to list a crypto!

PascalCoin is non-ico and non-premined so there are no allocated budget for listings or marketing for the moment (money comes from PascalCoin lovers pocket).

Some exchanges ask for 3 BTC or even 10 BTC to get listed  Shocked

If we want to see PascalCoin listed on several exchanges we need to be more active on social networks, and contact the exchanges directly to ask for a listing, to show them our POWER  Cool

+ Nolan is working hard to get listed as you can see : Spreadsheet

+ Maybe people can retweet this kind of tweets : Mercatox listing

Did anyone here get back their coins from polo when their withdrawal system was 'not working' for few days?

My ticket is over 30 days and no sign of those PASC on the blockchain.

I could use that 2600 PASCs at the current price of > 1$ to pay few bills.

How does it usually work, do they 'refund' the coins when they drop to 0.01?

I think they just resend your PASCs. But Polo has a very bad service.

Indeed.  But they seem to have preferred customers.  Just my opinion.  Someone did huge withdrawals without doing a 1 PASC test first.  I'm talking about ~400,000 worth at once.

May not but much for that person, but the amount that is missing is a lot for me.

I will just wait.  Can't do much with polo uncertainty.

Can switch algos to accumulate something that has a direct wallet address.

Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

Hopefully soon.  Other exchanges that maybe have lower volume.  Polo is a mess.

I have no idea why Cryptopia delisted it.  Looks like I have an account with them, but have not used it.

10 BTC is almost 200,000$ right now.  That is a lot.  Shocked

If you mine you should do it to your own PascalCoin account, not to a Polo account.

And if you want to exchange your PASCs to something else then my exchange might be useful:
