Dear PascalCoin users,

New PascalCoin Build 2.1.5

Available source code at Github (Release 2.1.5), also available compiled binaries at Sourceforge (Windows installer / Linux binaries)

it is necessary to update the wallet or can i still use my old wallet? anyway, good to see pascalcoin dev are active and bring new updates.

You can still use old wallet. New wallet introduces feature to update many PASA at once (mainly for voting), among other things.

good to know. thank you for this information. then I save up the update and wait until the next major update.

### Build 2.1.6 - 2018-02-14
- Important improvements
  - Improved speed when processing operations on start
  - Improved speed when processing pending operations after a new block found
  - Deleted duplicate "SanitizeOperations" call
  - Verify signed operations only once (TPCOperation.FSignatureChecked Boolean)
  - Improvements in search methods of TOperationsHashTree
    - Increase speed in search methods thanks to internal ordered lists
    - Increase speed copying thanks to using FHashTree sender buffer instad of generating new one

90+ days and still missing 2500 coins when they were worth ~20,000$

Now they're maybe 5000$.

That is what I was afraid of.

Waiting for refund from exchange until I can upgrade to new wallet.

Tom & Jerry game is getting old.

PascalCoin seems to be a good coin, and has lived stably for many years. But I wonder why it only listed on Poloniex while other coins usually listed on many exchanges ?

And why to it to fall not below 5k? What does it have or will be such necessary for community? Nothing from this project good will leave, I think only because many coins are concentrated not in that place.

Does this mean the bug that is causing problems with deposits at Poloniex is likely fixed?

I cant see the benefits of a deletable blockchain. What is this all about? Isnt it the core feature of a blockchain to be undeletable?

Do you need to know Joe bought a coffee for 3 btc in September 2009 ? I dont think so, thats why deletable blockchain (as a feature, not an obligation) is useful. Nobody needs the whole chain to use PascalCoin, but you can keep it if you want, if you are a merchant or just want to verify all, but thats not an obligation and it allows low end computers to download less blocks, sync faster and be light Smiley peace

Very well explained. Deleteable Blockchain is a FEATURE, NOT AN OBLIGATION

That's thanks to a new crypto-struct called "Safebox", that allows to control double spend without history transactions, one of the new features of PascalCoin
Hello Albert, can you explain me what will happen if all nodes in the network choose to only maintain 100 blocks? will the network still be functional in this case? Sorry if it's a stupid question, I am pretty noob in crypto.

"deletable" is not a word
