Majority of our holders are using poswallet.com and this issue is unacceptable have sent sent a ticket,but support is very slow I think they do not have a support at all,they should have answer within 24 hours but no response yet..

this is bad with their business knowing that many investors place their coin from their website they should give some updates or make some statement in what particular problem they have right now, i just hope they answer with your request dev to make some clarification regarding to this mater.

this is the reason why I never use Poswallet.  I'd not stake my coins than letting it to stake on others peoples wallet.  I'm a bit cautious on things like this.  Things like getting erros when you are sending your coins from the their wallet to your own wallet.  Anyway, I hope Poswallet will fix this issue soon.  This is bad for their business.

And relatively bad for VTY holders too.  I would sugget that all holders try to withdraw all their vty  and start staking in their own wallet.  It is not normal for a withdrawal to take a day when the transfer of VTY from one address to another is less than 10 min.  The owner of POSWALLET must fix this issue else they will have negative reputation and that is not good to their business.

I have a friend who wants to transfer his poswallet balance to his desktop but the Victoriouscoin wallet is not syncing at all,we have done everything but to no avail,

I have sent her my victoriouscoin.conf but still not synching ..

I see that as owner of VTY that holds 5m at least will have 38% by staking the coin and by joining the VIP club will get (3%*12 months compounding) to be send by the development team to the address as bonus. Sample computation of the 3% per month would be (assuming you are not staking your coin and not moving your coins.
1st Month = 150k (3% of 5m)
2nd Month = 154.5k (3% of 5m +150k)  and so on  this is if it is compounded else if not you will get a fix amount of 150k per month.

who owns this poswallet.com I think our coins are not safe here so better get your coin out here before it's too late..

The owner is not looking too hard, legit support is not that hard to find. Especially for an online service. After reading page after page thread after thread it looks as if poswallet is holding coins before they get to your ledger for some easy free coinage. I seriously hope that poswallet gets on the ball and gets over this LOOKING for help crap and just hires one of the legit MILLIONS of people that would do the job. For every 1 person that complains about an issue theres 50 that keep there mouths shut and just wait it out. So who knows whats truly going on with this :/

True, I agree the owner could of found someone to help with support by now as I have seen this message there for a while now. To be honest I have not had any problems with other coins when I deposit them on POSWallet. Just the other day I transferred 1 million coins (Not VTY coins) and it showed up within 10 minutes so maybe they are having issues with the VTY wallet? No one knows because we never get any updates from the owner.

I hope this POSWALLET.COM issue will be resolve as soon as possible,we also need poswallet.com to support holders who cannot stake their coin on their wallet,since this is a long term project people wants to leave their coin here and comeback when the price have increase.

I think PosWallet decide to solve the issue rather than communicating, which I think is a bad move on their side.  They should have given notice that they are having a problem with x coin and working hard to fix the problem.  That will at least give the users a sense of trust and won't panicked. They have a recent issue with PSB too before VTY.  At least it is all working now thanks for the info.

Well hopefully now the everything is fixed on POSWallet that there will be no more issues. The support should start to pick up and become a lot faster at answering support tickets as they now have TheDood working for them on support tickets. I can assure everyone here that TheDood is a great person and he would not work with something that he thought was not trust worthy as I know him well from Twitter so I think POSWallet is a safe place to have your coins stored.
