And I'm certain it would be possible with a titanium efficient PSU.

No - it would not be

I can definitely see power draw from the wall at around 900w, and less.

You will not get 900W from wall hashing with 6 RX 480 with rate of 180MHs

YES , YOU WILL !!!

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I have 2 x rig with 6 RX 480
No1 hashing 181.5-182 MH/s the whole system is pulling 870-890 Watts at the wall
No2 hashing 178-178.5 MH/s the whole system is pulling 870 watts at the wall

What are the system specs?

Great work!
I assume you only get those results with Reference Cards by now? At least these results belong to them?

It should be possible to get these results with non-reference cards. You just need to know how to use polaris BIOS editor and know what settings are stable for your card(s).

You can " burn " those settings into each card bios with Atiflash , after created a custom rom with Polaris Bios Editor :-)

You are right :-) So ... Create your bios with polaris bios editor , easy to use . If you are more experienced , use hex editor to change another settings in your bios file , this is the point when u can screw up ur bios if you don't know what u doing , so a lot of ppl need to skip this step :-) , then burn ur bios with atiflash . From this point the only thing you need to change after reboot is a offset voltage with wattool 0.92 . In wattool after you changed your offset voltage save ur settings as a profile . Next time after reboot just load ur saved profile in wattool :-)

All non-ref I guess (Shappire, XFX, Powercolor, Asus and Gigabytes)

That kind of bios is not exist for non ref cards. Each brand , each model number need a different modded bios . If you going to flash a Asus Bios to your XFX card , you going to brick you Card.

I have different brands of RX 480 total of 3 of them(XFX, Saphire) , and use only one bios, they are behaving correctly. I have them setup in one rig, but have to set the fans manually @80% to have them behave correctly.  Only branch I used different' is RX 480 Nitro. I never tried using the the  30Mh Low power bios.

"You have to set the fans manually to have them behave correctly " that is mean that modded bios not working ok with your cards  Grin

What bios are u using on exactly what cards ?

You said " I have different brands of RX 480 total of 3 of them(XFX, Saphire) " ... that is 2 brand ...
I think you refer to rx480 nitro as a Saphire , and u using a different bios for that right ?
So 2 brand RX 480 , and 2 totally different bios ...

Correct me if I'm wrong :-)

can someone explain me why Wattmann and the Polaris Bios Editor have total different Numbers for the mV in the GPU Section?
in Polaris it is like:

1000 MHZ     65283 mV

in Wattmann

1000 MHZ    824 mV

how to this number correlate together?

The 65283 is the EVV value, it's not an actual voltage. By default the cards have a different EVV value for each DPM. The EVV sets a voltage dynamically at different DPM levels for your card based on it's ASIC quality, or at least I believe that to be the case. I'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong.
