Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I did a manual deposit on 6/23/2016 at 11:20:19PM, 500 waves and I have never received them. I tried contacting their support but they do not respond to my messages.
This is the deposit address they gave me: 1W3P4KmZLqVUHw7ETTaLMmjUzv9aVfppGbVYi

Don't ever deposit your coins to YoBit! They are a bunch of scammers!

Well they do answer up to tickets very late. Atm you can either wait or try contacting him by sending a PM

Is there a minimum amount required for a manual deposit? Why did the support ask you to send 2000 Waves?

If there isn't a minimum amount I think its just Yobit being very slow in dealing with tickets.

Read.  There is no minimum deposit amount for waves and 500 should be well above any minimum anyway.   OP, they're a good exchange in my experience,  but they just have lousy customer service sometimes.   Well, more than sometimes.   Just keep at them and eventually they'll cough up the waves.

It is so weird, the support is very fishy. I have seen tons of complaints against yoshit, I don't know why OP still trades on yoshit instead of bittrex

Its true that Yobit have a lot of complaints against them but what you are suggesting to OP is even worse. Haven't you read the news that lately bittrex was supposedly hacked and many people lost their money there. At least Yobit has not been hacked yet.

It was Hong-kong based Bitfinex that was hacked recently not Bittrex. IMO, They are better than Yobit.

LMAO, the hack case was bitfinex, and bittrex is one of the best altcoin exchange.  Roll Eyes

It doesn't matter if you have 1 or 1 mio coin, they run a service and they should act as a professional and treat their client as they deserve it.

OP seems to be one of those unlucky people that doesn't get their coins after depositing. There's numerous reports in this board about the same thing, just a different alt coin. Oh well, OP should just move on. The customer support would take decades before they reply. All you can do right now is to wait. You have submitted tickets already, you don't have to spam them. It won't help at all. In their point of view, this thread, your opinion, and your coins doesn't have a significant effect against them anyway.

There is no point in waiting when you're the customer.Message them on their bitcointalk profile.Link them to this thread.Ask for a reply. This is not the first time they've been accused of stealing coins (calling it a bug in a sugar coated way.)

if you risk your waves by trading at the least trusting exchange you could have traded at then you shouldnt cry when you lose your coin lol why trade there when you could have traded at another. if you have been paid now you should change the title to take their sweet ass time.

i think he wanted to sell at high price then bittrex while yobit offering manual deposit. but it was too risky even waves dev warned several times to not trade waves coin at yobit.but people want some more money and for that they lose their initial investment their.

waves are no longer traded it seems
try sending them another support ticket NOT on this forum, but at the exchange itself
there was a guy in this topic who recieved his money after 5 months of waiting Smiley,so don't lose hope
also Yobit is an established trading platform, they do not scam it is just that their support takes too long to respond and sort the issues
