Don't think too lightly about the price reaching $1000 again. It needs a lot buy support in order to maintain its position above the $700 level. Another important thing is that we don't have the block halving anymore that people can look forward to and hope it will sky rocket the price. Without any hype or a helping hand from an exchange, it's very difficult to get enough buying power to lift the price back up to +$700 again.

So claiming that bitcoin will stay under $600 at the end of this year in August is either trolling/wishful thinking based on pure fantasy.

i am thinking the same, maybe in the end of this year, in november - december like last year. in 2015, in both month, the rate was fall into deep, but it raise again after january-february if i am not wrong. so lets see what will happen in the market, and i wish its not go down too far because if its yes, then market will panic sell and the rate will fall too deep than before.

I don't think this was going under $ 600 if this hacking of Bitfinex was not taking place. Halving of blocks had taken price above $ 660 level and it could be stable there as was seeming with correction and consolidation but was not dropping this much. We will see bounce back in coming weeks and price will be above $ 600 mark once again for sure.

I disagree. In the year 2014 there was not really a meaningful increase at the end of that year. Also your conclusion that BTC will increase at the end of the year just because it has increased in the past is lol. What kind of an analysis is that? Even if there was enough data to establish a statistical correlation, which there aint, between a price increase and the months of Nov and Dec, remember correlation is not causation. There will always be times of prices staying low in Nov and Dec.

This is not something evil for us who are familiar with both the growth of the bitcoin (price). for we must be more proud when the price very low or down bitcoin, because during that time we can more freely to invest as much as possible and keep it, after that do the selling when the price very high bitcoin

I think the Bitfinex hack accounts for 50% of the downwards spiral we have seen lately. The other 50% is just normal market behaviour as after the halving there is not much to look forward to. People selling will cause the price to go down slowly. For me personally, anything above $600 is great.
