My opinion is quite different from yours. Whenever I have sent an email to Ken, he has answered with a few hours, and when I called him on the phone, he answered personally. His accessibility and availability have given me confidence in AMC/VMC. To be honest Kenneth taking a break for a few days will drop the share price significantly as investors wont be happy seeing lack of progress on the merge, I already sold my shares at .002 and will be waiting to see what happens after Independence Day
I would think not having confidence in a company because they take national holidays is a bit irrational. However you are right in a way, I raised my eyebrows when Ken said he was off on his hols at this crucial time when a lot of discussion is going on. But after thinking about it I think he's just not a business minded guy in the PR sense. He could have not mentioned the hols which would have been the smart move but as he did I see it as him just being honest - as opposed to trying to keep up sweet. So a good sign. |

Update On Our 68 Klondike Boards.
Just paid for our assembly of our 68 Klondike boards.
These all together are ~306,000 MH/s or about equal to 5 of the Avalon machines we have now.
This would bring our total hashing power up to 700,000+ MH/s
It looks like we could get these within the next 3-4 weeks.
Great news and I just keep on buying - I have faith here! From the contract on BTCT AMC has 3 Avalon 65 GH/s units hashing.
The Following Equipment Is On Order:
3 Avalon 65 GH/s units on order from Avalon. (Shippment Is Imminent) ~385,000 GH/s
68 Klondike - 16 chip ASIC Open Source Boards ~308,000 GH/s
20,000 Avalon chips @ 282 MH/s each for a total of ~5,640,000 MH/s or 5,640 GH/s or 5.640 TH/s
Total Hashing Power Hashing And On Order ~5.651 TH/s
Now call me crazy, here and you may actually be quite spot on, but does that say 385,000 GH/s and 68 Klondikes at 308,000 GH/s? If my math is correct, which it rarely ever is, adding up the 000s, carrying the 1s, yep we have a typo here!  308,000 MH/s 385,000 MH/s Yes, these are typos, Street. Peeps following along since the beginning are aware of it. It does have the ~ = Approximate. |

Hope you know what you're doing.. I am guessing there is a group of people waiting to pull the trigger after the wall is almost gone. I also think its a good idea to wait on adding the shares. That wall is making new investors hesitant, or at the very least they know they have a few days before they have to put there BTC in. If it were broken up a bit it would give the early adopters incentive to get in earlier. |

About ~80% higher than last week! Very nice! Also issuing more shares isn't the same as CREATING NEW shares. I believe the additional shares issued will be from AMC's reinvestment pool. There will be no dilution. |

What the hell are you going on about? He has to pay for eASIC for an NRE which is in dollars. Last week 4 million shares of AMC would have raised the 1 million dollars he needed for the NRE, this week it doesn't since the price of BTC dropped compared to the dollar. |
