The problem with newbie is the trust. No one trusts you, a newbie. Newbie's words have no mass. You also reveal literally nothing about your knowledge nor skill. Actually your ridiculous fixed rate shows that you lack of knowledge. You laugh at the damn low pay rate of the OP and throw a much more crazy pay rate up there and obviously the OP will never hire you.

I think you will know the detail when you read his negative feedback. Promoting on service of OP is very risky because it is a ponzi and promoters might received negative feedback too just like him because you are helping to promote scammers.
