I also think Escrow favors the original owner in case of  physical and digital products, as owner can claim it to be not valid or faulty and thus keeping the goods plus the payment.

why you guys don't stop it now. as the deal of OP done without escrow.. and he's the owner of account. If someone can scam then this could be the OP. not the other person who buying the account.
