i had some APT tokens left on the exchange, I forgot to redeem them or sell them at that time, after a year i remembered it. i fear if they are gone forever or what??

nope if you had APT you will still have them in your account when the exchange is back on line
we have been working very hard in the back ground on lots of different projects.
Our aim now is get the exchange backup and running for everyone.
