This guy is selling amazon vouchers and claim they are not carded :

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I would suggest that you post this on a relevant section on the German board(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=16.0).

There are some German users who are on DT. They will tag him if the proof convinces them.

Thank you for the suggestion Atomicat I will doing this now I do really hope that he will not be able to scam someone on this forum, his skype behavior is just a proof of how "serious" he is and that no one should trust him for even a dime
