Seems like the restrictions aren't being lifted, nor is anyone responding or upgrading us. Guess we're stuck in newbie purgatory. Really makes interacting in the community impossible.

I am among the many bitmarket.eu - users, having been scammed by bitmarket Admin and bitcointalk-member "M4v3r". In this thread titled "BitMarket.Eu - ownership changed (in a way) they claim to have sent an e-mail to all of their users to participate in a poll on their website. However I did not receive an e-mail from bitmarket. Instead I learned about the scam by chance, here on bitcointalk. I am pretty sure that I am not the only bitmarket-victim, who has not been notified by e-mail.

I would like to make the above statement in the appropriate thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5441.720

I've been on the forum for 4 hours and 6 minutes with 10 posts yet I still can't post in other places than the Newbies section. Does it take longer at times?

I have 5 posts across 2 days. Please bestow upon me the honor of membership; is it enough that activity is spread across more than 4 hours?

Hi, I'm a software developer and Bitcoin enthusiast. I played around with Bitcoin source (alternative chains, magic transactions etc.) and would like to engage more in the Bitcoin community. Thanks!
