A few answers:
1. What do I have to do to get my old wallet coins into my new one?
Dump your private key(s) for the address(es) you have balances on and you'll be able to import them into the new wallet.
2. Where is the swap? Why hasn't it happened?
We're currently at the mercy of the exchanges. The balances have been sent out on the new chain and some are still sending, but the exchanges haven't swapped theirs yet.

You guys are very lucky, polo delisted 25 coins there, but neos has survived.  Neos may have a good future due to the swap. |

So what we need to do to help polo and bittrex do it ? Tweet to them, open a ticket or something to help ? |

Basically at this point the exchanges need to just handle everything on their end. We're waiting patiently as we all know how swamped they can be.

That is the new money supply. |
