I have a 2 year old paypal account. it was in personal account. I am from Pakistan so it is not verified as Pakistan is not supported by paypal.. I once verified it with payoneer master card. but my master card expired. you can verify it with any US ban or credit card.

Nobody will be that much stupid to let you use their phone address verified paypal accounts to be used .cuz if you commit scam then the original owner will get in legal trouble .

I dont think someone would sell his personal account but there are people who sell paypal accounts verified via Virtual credit cards as well

Hi guys, we need old paypal accounts , please send details like below if you interest selling:
Country, 21 days hold, age, Receiving limits lift, phone-address-card verifications, appealed from invoice and business limitation, any transactions made before and personal or business account.

I have an account from Algeria (Country Code: DZ), It's one year old and has a decent amount of transaction. The account is linked to both a MasterCard (Neteller) and Visa Card as well which as far as I know make it fully verified.
I'm not fully sure about the 21 days hold , as sometimes I get it and sometimes I don't , In fact I made a thread about it in the Service discussion and till now ... I'm not sure how I could get it removed.
