May we know in which ICOs you invested before and why you actually picked these specific project? Why were you so hasty to invest into unproven ICO?
(Not that you can be sure about something not really existing in the first place)

Whitepaper and road map can be bloated with fantasy promises. Coin might be abandoned long before everything announced in the roadmap will become reality.

to simplify those thing up we should not hold any ICO coin for so long and just intend it for the time when it still buyable, and my tactics for this one is to sell at the topest price of it and re roll again the price if this  ICO coin will suddenly drop, but this thing would be happen if we do some extra ordinary monitoring of price and sure if we can do that surely we can earn huge profit by this certain coin even if this coin will be dumped totally in this coming future.

I think people should stop buying coins from ICO.99% ICO project is scam.

There are several ways you can know.

1. Newbie account.
2. Without escrow.
3. Without Real identity.
4. White paper etc

This depends on what you are talking about, if your question is concerning how not to be scammed in an ico then it mostly depends on the information you gather on the web plus public opinion plus the whitepaper but if you are talking about coins in general or on exchange platforms then that is a different story.
