Hello,
I have a question before I put my claim of an ICO being a scam.
My question is: should I denounce an ICO as scam if they show me some exchange rate and them give me far less coins/tokens? Also, is it a scam if I can't get anyone replying or reading my emails explaining my case?
I'm having a horrible experience with SONM ICO recently, frankly I wish I could have my money back!! Their lack of respect for their investors is appalling, they delivered much less tokens but still won't correct it nor will they refund me. I have all the timestamps, printscreens and calculations written down.
Just want some feedback from the community.
