Question regarding BitShares for my research

Dear people/lovers of BitShares,

I know I have also opened a topic for Dash and Ethereum. I'm sorry to open another topic for another project, but I need to do this for my research and I'm looking forward to see the excitement in the answers for my questions   .

I'm a student in Holland who is doing a research- and advisory report on the advantages and disadvantages of the Blockchain. In relevance to my research I'm also doing a research on a few protocols, like BitShares,.

I have a few questions about BitShares.. I would greatly appreciate the help I can get here for my research. I have read the whitepaper and also seen a lot of videos about BitShares. For me and my research is important that I can have opinions from experts/developers/traders for BitShares and how they see BitShares as a project.

Firstly I would like to know if you're a developer for something (doesn't have to be BitShares, can also be another cryptocurrency) or a trader.. Because I want to compare the answers of developers/experts with traders.

My questions are:
1. What is BitShares as a technology?
2. What is the vision of the project BitShares?
3. What are the advantages of DEX, the decentral exchange? Why would someone use DEX above Bitstamp or Bitfinex?
4. Which errors/mistakes of the Bitcoin protocol does BitShares solve? In other words, what are the advantages of BitShares compared to Bitcoin?
5. What is User Issued Assets and how are they being used in the BitShares protocol? Can someone please give an example as why this is a good function? Why is there tokens being used for this?
6. What is Market Pegged Assets?
7. Is the use of dynamic accounts vulnerable? Why is it (not) vulnerable?
8. Why would someone choose BitShares above other cryptocurrencies? In other words, what are the advantages of BitShares above other currencies/projects, e.g. Ethereum and Dash?
9. What are the disadvantages of BitShares?

I really really would appreciate the help I can get for this. I need to have at least 10 people (the more the better!!  ) that answered my questions to can get further with my research..

I know that some of the answers will be the same as others that have answered it. It doesn"t matter! For me it's important to have different point of view from people across the world. I also know that are a lot of videos explaining this, but I'm searching for personal opinions..

It's not about letting people doing my homework. Trust me, I have done my research and I do know the answers. It's that in my research I am obliged to interview people on forums for their opinions about several projects that runs on the Blockchain. Maybe I have put the wrong questions in my topic. I'm going to change the questions and hopefully I can get the response from several devs/experts and traders who can give me their opinions.

Thanks for your kind answer. I'm reviewing my own questions. I think I have expressed myself in the wrong way. It's that I already know the answers and have read the whitepaper. I need personal opinions from developers/experts/trader on how they think that BitShares can change the world... I'll change the questions, I understand that people don't have time to answer questions where the answers are on the internet. I think I need to change the questions to more personal questions.

No serious developer will waste their time to answer your current questions.

Actual questions should be asked @ www.bitsharestalk.org community who can guide you from there.
