anyone buy an avalon???  i bought 1, wanted to buy another Sad

When did the avalon batch #3 finish? It seems I've missed it Sad

It is out of stock now.  That is not the same thing as "you missed it" because weird things happen whenever you have several hundred people involved.  Check every day.

I try to be respectful and informed.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

When a topic that you respond to gets deleted do you loose the posts that you made?

Due to a mass of trolling, only established posters are able to post in non-newbie sections. You are considered "established" if you have spent 4 hours online and have made 5 posts (new topics or replies).

If you have really good posts, you can post a request for preemptive whitelisting in the appropriate topic.

Also:
- Newbies cannot upload their own avatars.
- You must have made one post in order to send PMs.
- You need 10 posts to put a link in your signature.

Note that it may take up to 10 minutes for your PM or posting permissions to be granted. (The system automatically checks every 10 minutes and promotes people as appropriate.)

4 hours reading forum is quite a bit though Undecided

It's okay for me. A lot of drama in the hardware section makes an interesting read.

2 hours would greatky be enough. It counts very accurate if you are actually using the forum or not. I dont even know why they have such harsh restrictions; very uncommon..

They just don't want mass of spammers trying to fake control of the board. I like it, it needs to be protected as the medium is still weak.

The whole concept works for me, but there are many ppl that have much more to contribute than I have, seems a shame to curtail their input when we could all benefit from their wisdom.
