i think so far, i can control myself when i am playing gambling because in every time i get win, the next thing that i am doing is i stop for a while like about five minutes and then i continue to play and when i think i have enough for playing the games, i close the tab of the games in my browser and then i continue with my real life work.

So you stop when you have enough profit but what if opposite happens? what do you do when you start losing? man if i start losing i keep betting until the balance is 0 / i profit.  

You cannot always win while gambling and i would never dare to roll my entire bank roll while gambling and so if i am having a bad day i will stop rolling and will come back at a later time and i will never try to recover my loss all of a sudden.I will take my time and recover my losses.

Coming back is also counted in addiction especially when a person come back for to recover later. If you will have the lost amount in your mind then it means that you do not have any control on yourself. Only those people are having control on themselves who even do not come back later for his lost amount but if they come later for gambling then come with a fresh mind to play for entertainment.

If you want to win then you should come back, unless you already accept that gambling is not for you and you quit with a lose. The better definition of lack of control is when you already bet what you can afford to lose. One can come back anytime after a big lose and win his loses back but if a person has no control, when he lose, he will not stop to recover his loses until he can spend the money that is not supposed to be budgeted for gambling.

That would simply mean you are not allowed to gamble, you have to sacrifice your wants if it will just lead you to a disaster in the end. Gambling is a game of fun, therefore control is really necessary, if you do not have that, forget about gambling. I agree , The addicted gamblers are very hard headed that they say that they will stop playing gambling games but they will just play again. But stopping from playing gambling is possible even if you are addict. The example is my friend , he played gambling everyday but he realise he make himself poor from playing it. There are times that I'm confident to control myself when gambling but there are times too that I really can't help myself but to loose my control. Maybe if the starting bankroll I got is very low, I am controlling myself and I don't want that to lose immediately so I need to control but when I got that much, I can't control myself because I'm confident.

I do not think that you are able to control your body since there is only a few moment you can control it. You need to practice more in order to reduce the number of time you gamble, learn how to manage your bankroll and accept gambling with the small amount.
