looking at the last posts of the users in the official thread, i can say that they really take very long tine to process your orders. btw please note that i have never used that site personally.

Have you tried calling the customer care ? Their support ? Seems like they have a good amount of information to get in touch with them.How did the place the order ? Amazon or Ebay ? If it's not from among any of these website,first thing you do is call the customer care..

Relax, I think that you will not get scammed. The interval that you wrote is within the boundaries of what is considered 'normal' at them. If I was in your place, I would wait a few more days before feeling uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I read that their support is not very good but the company's reputation is fine. I have not had to contact their support yet but I order from them when the time is not important. We all take a certain amount of risk when using their service just like at any other cryptocurrency related provider.

I think you must send massages on their support ( tell to them about your problem) and wait until there are replay and explaining, or if you are sure have got scam you can make thread on scam accusations on this forum with a proof of course.

I have only had good experiences with all4btc (except for them misspelling my name!). 
It can take a day or 2 before the place the order, but I like using them as I don't have to trust anyone, when I bought something with Purse.io I ended up getting letters from lawyers afterwards.

What ? You are saying when you purchased something from purse.io , you received legal letters from Lawyers ?

Why ? Is it not good to buy something from purse.io ?
