Offline payments are an advantage that fiat has over Bitcoin that is the only feature Bitcoin can't mess with or overtake. That being said, cash money is being used less and less as people use their smartphone and bank card with NFC to pay for things. This is a market where Bitcoin can land in and start being something of importance.

Maybe you're forgetting about this fiat is having a legalization from government and the value of fiat is always permanently. but I think it's very irrelevant to comparing fiat with BTC and fiat and BTC is made with different interest.

It is not false, not every store accept bitcoin more over other Cryptocurrency. But different with fiat. Fiat is accepted everywhere . Besides that both of them have another purpose.
