Nope. Just add bank acc if you want. And add phone (or virtual number) - adding a phone is your guarantee key of account.

It just struck me as funny because it comes across like you are selling a “stolen car” to someone and then walking them to a parking lot and showing them a car saying, well there it is, the doors are locked and the owner comes and goes around 8 AM and 4 PM, good luck!  Lol, just having some fun with you.

It sounds like you have either done the easy part on multiple PayPal accounts and then left the harder verification for the buyer or, and I will be nice and say this is what you are doing, you have done everything up to the point where the verification gets pretty personal and you have left that to be done by the buyer because it should be their info, not generic info.
