You cannot have mass adoption without huge prince increase. The marketcap is currently less than what, 10 billion dollars? that is nothing, a company like uber is several times bigger. Once Bitcoin goes mainstream, the price will be in the literal moon.

mass adoption will surely help towards a much higher price, but i would prefer more wealthy people with the intention of using bitcoin as store of wealth, instead of faucet hungry people adding next to nothing to the bitcoin eco system. these people mostly convert every bit of earned satoshis to fiat. they don't spend anything at all, etc.

A slow steady increase in users is what we need to see. I think that is currently happening in my opinion. I think the future it bright for bitcoin and we will continue to see a rise in bitcoin adoption rates. More the adoption then more the value for bitcoin.

Yeah the users of bitcoins are increasing now, so if it continues to go higher then we can expect higher price in future and I am sure that will definitely happen.

we had already see huge price increase several times ago when bitcoin prices hit $1000 above but unfortunately it would not last long and this time i do agree with you because with increasing mass adoption i think will automatically increase the prices too

Mass adoption is better for bitcoin's long term legitimacy & future but massively rising prices would make me happy.
I think the two are linked though, huge price increases usually happen as a result of something mainstream e.g. a big company/organisation implementing bitcoin into their payment options.

Mass adoption will make bitcoin survive because will there are many comunities of bitcoin (for examples bitcointalk and another forum), bitcoin's price will going up step by step although it is need much time but it is will strong. Mass adoption is much more better than just a huge increase. I think this way if there will be a huge increase without mass adoption and acceptance this will transform Bitcoin into a commodity or asset than digital currency. Bitcoin still in early phases because big projects which are game changer need big time. The more people adopts the more it will be powerful and gains strength.

If we gets the mass adoption from the bitcoin lovers then automatically price  will increase in stock market of bitcoins.
Adoption will arise the level of popularity and demand from the bitcoin world. It's being decentralized currency yet in future, who knows may be dollar can also replace by btc.

Mass adoption is much required, because when adoption increases automatically the increase in user profile makes impact over the price to get increased. Also an important factor on bitcoin adoption is that, when adoption reaches certain percentage we get a standardized value for bitcoin which at any situation won't fall below certain fixed limits.

For the long term, mass adoption matter a lot. I have said this before in this thread without really taking into account the importance of a huge price increase. In Bitcoin's case it looks like that a huge price increase goes hand in hand with mass adoption. With the present price of Bitcoin, no one is really interested. I think mass adoption a much needed bitcoin. Because if bitcoin mass adoption will be many people who know and use it, so bitcoin be used anywhere. If bitcoin extends it would be good for the development of bitcoin, and bitcoin indirectly continues to grow.

Mass adoption would be good but then it could decrease the price if suddenly the demand slows. Price would also be good, for those who have stocked it up. I think it should be both, Mass adoption and price increases also.

Mass adoption would be better for bitcoin to be considered a success. All these huge price increase would mean nothing if only a few persons are benefiting from it. The good thing with mass adoption is that actual people would be able to take advantage of the many benefits bitcoin can give, and it will surely stabilize the price if there are more users because it would be harder to manipulate the price.

Mass adoption is better for me because if many will know and start using it, its price will increase because of a high demand. People around me won't laugh at me anymore on what i am doing because they already know about bitcoin and the future of it.
