I totally don’t understand Federal Finance and Alexei who is its CEO how, a fund and branding company can see any business model in kidnapping other people’s projects switching CEO to most “cooperative” core member of original team. Hiding before investors and public information that they changed CEO and hoping that everything will be at the end profitable for them. How for fund seeking and helping to growth startups company can be profitable in future kidnapping one project and few employees effecting spoiling whole brand and own name and work of other people in Federal Finance company.

How does this can work out as profit in future ? Kidnapping project, blackmailing by one team members other team members and taking work done by money of other team members, stalking CEO and insisting that without “separation” of team members the other project will be also damaged.

Which [Suspicious link removed]pany or startup will now being sane and aware would cooperate with Alexei from Federal Finance ff.ru ?

Alexey Antonov and Federal Finance (including me) are the independent team responsible for the SONM preICO and ICO organization, marketing and PR.
Federal Finance has nothing to do with the SONM project ownership.


And also, ex SONM team members claims has nothing to do with kidnapping - DrugDiscovery@home BOINC developers and administrators (which are not the members of the SONM team any more) are not the SONM founders.

SONM project founders are Sergey Ponomarev and Andrey Voronkov, and they have come to the agreement, and according to this agreement DrugDiscovery@home administrators are not the members of the SONM development team.

ANDREY VORONKOV is obligated to transfer sonm.io project to Alexey Antonov & Sergey Ponomarev from Federal Finance ff.ru to keep Drug Discovery at home his basic project intact.

Your acts and especially Sergei were pure sabotage causing 2 months delay in progress of all aspects of project sonm.io leaded by Andrey Voronkov

Sabotage for 2 months his dreamed project and then blaming for all CEO and kidnapping his project when he knows that your team (Alexey Antonov & Sergey Ponomarev from Federal Finance ff.ru )
can destroy one more his basic project DrugDiscovery[at]home or more in his life is not something which diligent employee would do for CEO and is not which people call commitment to work and duty.

We had certain disagreements about CEO and core technology. But our colleagues from Poland have switched off the web site of sonm.io just right after the pre-sale announcement as an argument for supporting their position. This has led to main separation of the team. After I have started to negotiate the separation conditions, the job done on DrugDiscovery@home also was damaged (luckily it is partially restored now).
