I don't believe they will comeback and its already been many months since hashocean has gone so if people will still keep saying that they would comeback then where are they now? They will never come back in the name of hashocean but I guess they are going to come back in another name and they will going to do the same strategy as they did with their first technique. According to me also it's is scam and hashocean is no longer going to come back and even if they come back then they would scam. Again with different name so it's better to stay ayaw from mining sites because 100% sites are scam either from initial stage or at last , they will scam for sure. And i am no longer going to invest in any mining our bitcoin related sites.

I am quite sure that the operators will return, but simply under a different name that has zero connections to their previous scam. Unfortunately, paying back victims isn't on their bucket list.

People should refrain from investing in cloud mining in general. If they don't have a constant flow of incoming money from greedy people looking to earn a few bits, then there is no reason for them to continue/exist.

The worst thing here is that these kinds of scams are providing Bitcoin negative trust. This means people quitting Bitcoin or potential newcomers staying away from it. I wish there weren't such people in our community..
