I think you might have lost the Bitcoins.
Wait for other members to confirm this though.

Did you follow the instructions for recovering a 2FA wallet? http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/2fa.html

If you recovered the Electrum seed, you should have access to all your private keys. Just generate a bunch of them again.
You can also back up the 2FA QR code next time and store it (preferably encrypted) somewhere safe next time.

Just use the passphrase to restore a wallet WITHOUT 2fa first.

If you do this, you will have full access to the coins in your new wallet. You can then create a new 2fa wallet later if you want and transfer the coins there.

Ok, I'll up the old theme so to not create newone.
How can I remove 2fa from the wallet I have some btc up, I mean when I was creating it I choosed 2fa, but there where no information that it will cost me ridiculous 5$ per transaction.
I tried to restore from seed choosing no 2fa wallet but it seems not working coz I get endless "Please wait.." on the last step, so what should I do?

upgrade to latest version; it should solve your issue with restore.

Note that the current price per transaction is 0.2 mBTC or 0.1mBTC, depending on how many you prepay (10 or 100).
This is lower than your typical mining fees.

I've solved the problem by downloading portable version. I recovered from the seed, chose not 2fa wallet, got asked whether I really want to create not 2fa wallet.(funny that I did it twice and 1st time got the same endless "Please wait.." )
Also to be noted on the top line it still shows "default_wallet 2fa", though I chose another wallet name and it doesn't ask for a 2fa fee.
