I can do the job with tagalog/english. And you may look to my profile and review all my postings regarding English. And I can translate and proof read it with tagalog as I am a native Filipino. But I am new regarding to this job, I don't have any idea on how much is the acceptable rate for 10,000 words that I am going to do.
