The next 3 weeks. In order to return the donation does not need pages or server. As I sent the first bitcoiny, just email. There is a lack of good will on the settlement and that is why we have the following dates are not adhered to.

You really don't. but the lack of information is a great problem here .
At this point/situation if we were reimbursed the website could be closed for good.

He claims to have mixed the coins from both services --rain and mercadobitcoin.com.br--( making it an easy task to the attacker sweep all the coins)

if the mixed before mixing again now is even better idea. I think we can expect one payment plan coming from his main source of income anc bitcoins: mercadobitcoin.com.br

please L. tell us the percentage of the transactions fees from your exchange that are going to be destinated to pay your debts.

I would say 90% until everyone is paid.

and also we would love to see something like this on mercadobitcoin http://www.impostometro.com.br/   until the debt is cleared.

Wow, lots of activity on this thread lately which I am grateful for as I don't feel so alone anymore. I hope people can continue to post here in both Portuguese and English as this is the only thread on the forums where this matter is being discussed (I use Google Translate so I can read all the posts).

I'm sure we all have thought about basically exactly what LoweryCBS said but I have to say I personally do not believe it. Rain was not a HYIP, and Leandro is not a scammer.  Regardless, the coins are gone and now Leandro is overwhelmed with trying to pay back a lot of coins to a lot of people.

Have there not been other exchanges hacked this last year? How long did it take the clients of those exchanges to get their funds back? It's not like this is an isolated incident - I believe we have all learned that leaving coins on any sort of online wallet contains a significant level of risk.

By the end of August, there should be another "lottery" - if some people post that they have received a payment, we will know that Leandro is operating in good faith.

Being negative in the meantime won't help us get our coins back any faster - it will just make it worse. Put yourself in Leandro's shoes - would you be more inspired to work hard and pay back people who are supporting you and thankful that you did not abandon them or a bunch of people calling you a scammer and making accusations against  you?

Let's give Leandro the benefit of the doubt and another month for now.

+1
The best way.
There is a lot of questions in the air but, maybe L is going to clarify the things.

I really really do not want to be unfair, I hope he shut up my mouth presenting clear solutions and proposals.

What we want to know is: When we will receive 100% of the money back?
It can take time, ok.
It can be parceled, ok.
But we need a clear method of reimbursement.

Desculpa a ignorância, mas aonde está a transação em que foram recebidos os 5000BTC? Eu não consegui encontrar. O que eu achei foram várias transações de valores menores de antes do incidente.

Alguém aqui denunciou o roubo do Bitcoinrain a alguma delegacia especializada? Leandro, essa pergunta é para você também se estiver lendo. Você fez alguma denúncia?

Guys, I don't think all this negativity and talk of law suits is going to help any of us get our coins back. How do you think Leandro is going the pay us? Through his income from Mercado Bitcoin of course. Damaging his reputation and driving users away from Mercado Bitcoin is only going to make things worse for all of us.

Leandro stated that this month he will be relaunching Rain and we will all be able to see if people are being paid back via the lottery on the site, to make us feel "safer" as he put it.

Let's just give him until the end of August. If by the end of the month there still isn't a single person who can verify that they received a payment, then yes, by all means it is time to pursue other avenues.

However, I don't believe it will have to come to that. I firmly believe that Leandro intends to pay every single one of his users back. Unfortunately, it is going to take some time as he owes a lot of people a lot of coins. Right now he is clearly overwhelmed, as any of us would be in his situation. Let's give the guy a break for goodness sake!

Let's just wait and see what this month brings. By September 1 either the lottery starts and Leandro informs us of his repayment plan and everything is back on track or not, in which case we can band together as a community and decide on the next course of action.

I agree with you in some points. But these delayed dates are pissing me off. I will wait 1 month more and that is all. There is no excuse to start paying at least some of the users or a very small percentage. Till now i don't know anyone who has received anything back, zero BTC. I am not the paranoid here, just being realistic...looks like there is a lack of will in this operation, really.

And it is not my fault that all this operation is being managed in an obscure way. The lack of information in many ways is killing me.
