Desculpa a ignorância, mas aonde está a transação em que foram recebidos os 5000BTC? Eu não consegui encontrar. O que eu achei foram várias transações de valores menores de antes do incidente.

Alguém aqui denunciou o roubo do Bitcoinrain a alguma delegacia especializada? Leandro, essa pergunta é para você também se estiver lendo. Você fez alguma denúncia?

Sinceramente, esse assunto já foi longe demais. Pelo que estou vendo, milhares de bitcoins foram roubados e esse assunto é muito sério. Existem delegacias especializadas na investigação de crimes digitais. Em uma busca rápida na internet achei:

Guys, I don't think all this negativity and talk of law suits is going to help any of us get our coins back. How do you think Leandro is going the pay us? Through his income from Mercado Bitcoin of course. Damaging his reputation and driving users away from Mercado Bitcoin is only going to make things worse for all of us.

Leandro stated that this month he will be relaunching Rain and we will all be able to see if people are being paid back via the lottery on the site, to make us feel "safer" as he put it.

Let's just give him until the end of August. If by the end of the month there still isn't a single person who can verify that they received a payment, then yes, by all means it is time to pursue other avenues.

However, I don't believe it will have to come to that. I firmly believe that Leandro intends to pay every single one of his users back. Unfortunately, it is going to take some time as he owes a lot of people a lot of coins. Right now he is clearly overwhelmed, as any of us would be in his situation. Let's give the guy a break for goodness sake!

Let's just wait and see what this month brings. By September 1 either the lottery starts and Leandro informs us of his repayment plan and everything is back on track or not, in which case we can band together as a community and decide on the next course of action.

I agree with you in some points. But these delayed dates are pissing me off. I will wait 1 month more and that is all. There is no excuse to start paying at least some of the users or a very small percentage. Till now i don't know anyone who has received anything back, zero BTC. I am not the paranoid here, just being realistic...looks like there is a lack of will in this operation, really.

And it is not my fault that all this operation is being managed in an obscure way. The lack of information in many ways is killing me.

leo, tive uma ideia para te ajudar. visto que o MB continua funcionando, e vc ta tendo uma margem minima de lucro(acredito eu), porque nao usar essa grana(por menor que seja) para pagar o rombo do BR?

vamos dizer, vc deve 100 pessoas, um total de 2M USD (fatos ficticios na minha cabeca), vc poderia usar o pequeno lucro do MB e distribuir a todos, irmamente. assim todos iriam ganhar um pouquinho(nem que fosse 0.1 BTC), vc reganharia a confianca de todos, e pra completar todo mundo ia "querer te ajudar" a vender mais(pois sabem que estao sendo pagos com o lucro). vc poderia fazer um relatorio de quantas bitcoins estavam sendo vendidas diariamente, e seria transparente para onde o lucro do MB tava indo.

Mas não da pra ter muita noção porque foram pagos até o momento 6.5% do nº de investimentos totais,
o investimento nº #33 pode ter 200 BTC's e o nº #34 ter apenas 1 BTC.
