Well, that's why the devs want to have 100 billion coins.
Once it's all down to 1 sat it won't go lower forever (as you said), so it's better to have 100 billion at 1 sat than 1 million, isn't it?

I am pretty sure exchange won't list this if the price is 1 sat, because anyone join the ico can't lose money, it is a guaranteed profit, lol.

Either it will have zero volume and get delisted or it will only move in the LTC or other base market (so it can drop to 1 litoshi)

I'm sure no one will buy it for 1 sat - the above is just a theory the devs want to play with

[Edit] Correction: IF the ICO will start, then it's likely someone will buy it for 1 sat, and maybe even for 2 sat, AND IF it will be listed, then maybe there will be a buy wall at 1 sat. Then, it's likely those who bought for 1 sat will only lose exchange fees - and those who bought for 1.5 or 2 sat "slightly" more
