Well it'd be weird if You've not heard about it but : Attack on Titans ?
I haven't watched GantZ Anime but the first mangas were really cool to read whereas the movie was shit ( at least as I remember it).
You can also check Berserk, old classic. Or even Okuto no Ken.

I don't know a lot of recent ones sorry.

Its okay but i have watched Attack on titans it was very gore >.< made me cry a little but i will try Okuto no ken i watched berserk is was nice too Gantz is my fav.. Still  Thank you so much! Good day!
