Both are a gamble. If I want to make more bitcoins, which is a better strategy? dump and buy on Mtgox or play satoshidice? or a combination?

Gambling with all your coins on Satoshi Dice or selling them all in a market order on Gox are both good. Either way I get more coins.

depends on the buy/sell decisions you make, and the mt gox "lag".
